Hello, students, teachers, and cellist friends!

After nine years of ownership, I am selling my Yukio Ozaki cello. I played on this cello from 2010-2015 and experienced many professional accomplishments. With this cello, I won the Concert Artists Guild competition with PUBLIQuartet; played in masterclasses for the Juilliard, Muir, American, and Emerson String Quartets; performed for an audience of 400 people at the Detroit Institute of Arts; improvised on stage in Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola at Jazz @ Lincoln Center; recorded on multiple pop, jazz, and classical albums; among many more memorable moments. This cello has a rich tone and a powerful sound. I performed a wide breadth of repertoire from Bach to Ligeti to jazz and could transfer between genres with ease.
